From 2011- 2019 : He served as director of the following companies: Allied Gold Resources Ltd, Allied Oil & Gas Ltd, Dome Petroleum Resources Ltd, Jurassica Oil & Gas Ltd, Phoenix Resources Ltd, Wharf Resources Ltd & Yellow Energy Ltd.

From 2012 - February 2020 : He served as a director of Steriwave Ltd & its Group of companies & Global Energy Technology Ltd Group.

William’s managerial versatility coupled with his profound understanding of; international commercial and business law, together with his profound knowledge of international politics and economics, makes him a major asset to the group of companies he serves.
