- From 1993: Founder of an oil and mining engineering company (DNI, Vectrance Group – France, UK, etc.); exploration company; non-operator oil and mining assets.
  Managing Director of Dome Petroleum, Managing Director of Wharf Resources (Australia), Managing Director of Yellow.
  Founded Kappa and Vectrance Group (engineering consulting, renewable, and industrial companies in Italy, etc.).

- From 1991 to 2012: Kappa ICE (470 engineers):
  Founded, managed, and supervised as MD the start-up of subsidiaries and the missions of oil/gas PMC consultants and various international oil/gas projects.
  Directed engineering consultancy missions (PMC, commissioning, O&M, project management, etc.), and provided start-up support to:
  Anadarko, Devon, Agip, BP, Total, Shell, Perenco, Exxon, Burlington, BHP, EDF, GDF, Sonatrach, Sincor, NNPC, Technip, etc.

- From 1999–2011: Board Director of oil and mining companies: Lekoil, Pan African, Challenger D, DNI Metals, Intersica, etc.

- From 1985 to 1991: Gaz de France – General Manager, International Division
  Director of International Development Programs.
  Supervised development studies, corporate planning (gas project feasibility, gas technologies, etc.).
  General Manager / CEO of 3 international JVs and gas technology subsidiaries (start-ups in PE piping, industrial combustion equipment, trading company).

- From 1980 to 1985: Total Expro
  1985: Field Assets Development Leader – Cameroon, Indonesia
  Deputy Project Director, Deputy General Manager, Gasco
  Commissioning Manager for 4 plants – Ruwais F. gas processing/petrochemical complex, Abu Dhabi.
  Directed the construction project ($1.8B – engineering/construction) and the process facilities’ start-up/operations.
